Recommend visiting the strip in the morning (everything closes early afternoon). Lots of unique cultural shopping experiences. Some of my personal favorites are Penn Mac, Pamela's - for breakfast, the original Primanti's, Allegheny Coffee and Tea Exchange, and Wholeys. Truly an experience!
