Question

Is there transportation provided to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! Transportation will be provided by the bride and groom for all guests from Embassy Suites to Heinz Memorial Chapel and back to Embassy Suites after the grand exit picture! A detailed scheduled of pickup/drop-off will be provided.

If I am driving myself, what time should I arrive and is there parking?

Answer

If you are driving yourself, please arrive 30 minutes (2:00 pm) before the prompt start of the ceremony at 2:30 pm. Reserved parking is provided starting at 1:45 pm and is located on the left side of S. Bellefield Avenue between Forbes Avenue and Fifth Avenue. The left-hand lane will be closed to traffic and will be dedicated parking for weddings guests. A Pittsburgh Police Officer will be present to direct the parking. Cars must be removed after 3:45 pm.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate those listed on your invitation. If a guest is included on your invitation, you are welcome to bring one! If your entire family is invited (including children), it will be addressed - ''Last Name Family''. Thank you for understanding!

Can I reserve a room somewhere other than Embassy Suites?

Answer

Absolutely! You are free to book a room where ever you feel comfortable. If you'd still like to use the provided transportation to the ceremony, please ensure you are at Embassy Suites at the time of pick-up (details to come!).
