Ashley and Matt met at Walmart. Matt was stocking coke products at the Walmart Ashley works at. Matt waited for Ashley to come back after a couple days off and went up to her to ask her out. Matt says she was caught off guard because her response was "I think I might have a dentist appointment". So Matt immediately thought he just had bad luck with women. But Ashley changed her mind and had their coworker, Debbie, text Matt to say Ashley was looking for him. Then he knew he had a chance!
