We're Getting Married!

Matt and I met at work in 2011. At the time Matt was the Transportation Director and I started as a nurse aide. For the first 6 months, he and I really did not have much interaction because our jobs did not require it. It wasn't until I changed positions at work and became his back up that he and I started talking. It started as basic greetings as we passed each other in the hallway and eventually I noticed him sitting at the nurse's desk by the door I came in every morning. Matt was very shy and reserved and I was more of a "speak my mind" kind of girl. We quickly became friends and started hanging out with the same groups of people and he would occasionally buy me lunch here and there. This went on for about 2 years until one day something changed. I saw a different side of him that I hadn't seen before and realized that one way or another, he was going to serve a significant part in my life. We went from going on a few dates, which usually involved Mexican food, to going to the park after work and then eventually spending the weekends camping. It's now been 3 years and each day is better than the one before. We look forward to adding many more chapters to our story together.
