RSVPS and Timing

To help us with early planning, we kindly ask for a soft RSVP by November 15th, 2025. This isn't a firm commitment—just a heads-up if you think you’ll likely attend or not. The final RSVP deadline is January 15th, 2026, which is also when our room block closes. That’s the date by which we’ll need a definite “yes” or “no.”

Do I need a passport to travel to Mexico?

Answer

Yes. All guests will need a valid passport to enter Mexico. Make sure yours doesn’t expire within 6 months of the wedding date.

Answer

Yes, Riviera Maya is a popular and well-traveled destination. As always, use common travel sense: stay in well-lit areas, keep your valuables secure, and drink bottled water.

I have a food allergy or dietary restriction. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know about any food allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP so we can share that information with the resort in advance. The resort is very accommodating and offers allergy cards at check-in to help guests communicate their dietary needs with restaurant staff. Whether you're gluten-free, vegetarian, or have specific allergies (like nuts or shellfish), they’ll do their best to take care of you! If you’d feel more comfortable speaking directly with the resort’s guest services or chef during your stay, we’re happy to help coordinate that too—just reach out!
