What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:40 to allow time to get settled in your seat before the start of the ceremony at 4 o'clock!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes, both will be at The Evermore - 280 Clubhouse Lane Apex, NC 27523.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

We are planning for an indoor ceremony. If somehow January 31st seems to be unusually warm for a winter day, we may move outdoors! Otherwise, the ceremony and reception will be indoors. Cocktail hour will have indoor and outdoor elements. There are fire places to enjoy outside!

What does semi-formal attire mean?

Answer

Good question! For the gents: suit or button-down with slacks (optional tie). And for the ladies: knee-length, midi, and floor-length dresses are welcome!

What airport should I fly into?

Answer

Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) is the closest airport for out of town guests to fly in to. RDU is about 25 minutes from the venue.

Do I need a rental car or is there transportation provided?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are not able to provide transportation to and from the airport and venue. We would recommend using Uber, renting a car, or carpooling.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

There is an abundance of parking at the venue.

Will dinner be served at the reception?

Answer

Yes! We are catering a Mediterranean restaurant, called Sassool!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, but due to space limitations, we can only accommodate the guests listed on your RSVP. If a plus one has been included for you, it will appear on your RSVP.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

Children included on your RSVP are invited as well as infants and toddlers under 2.
