Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the service?

Answer

There will be transportation from the reception back to local areas. Check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking at the ceremony/reception site. Workers from our venue will be helping everyone park in the proper location as well.

What kind of attire is Semi-formal/ dressy casual?

Answer

The wedding of Matthew and Andrea will be outdoors so the couple wants to make sure their guests are comfortable. Some examples that came to mind when the couple was choosing their dress code were as follows: Men: Khakis and a dress shirt, dress pants, shirt, and tie, dress pants and sports jacket. Women: Cocktail dress, jumpsuit, or dressy sundress.

Is there a hotel block of rooms?

Answer

Yes! The bride and groom reserved a block of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Lima Ohio. The block rate is $99/night when the bride and groom are mentioned. To contact the hotel please call them at 419-224-8496. The bride and groom suggest doing this sooner rather than later as the hotel usually books up quickly throughout the summer.

Answer

Yes, we are registered at Macy's and Target. All of this information and links to the proper sites can be found on the "Registry" Tab.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

For our wedding, we tried to create a menu that would accommodate a large range of taste buds and allergies. We hope to have something for everyone there. If you are concerned or want to verify the food with the bride or groom, feel free to reach out to either of them for further assistance.
