WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

We are limited in guests so we are asking that you RSVP as soon as you can!

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the outside of your wedding invitation. The room rates below are for two + people, so if you want to stay with someone who is not formally invited, that is okay. They will just not have a seat at the wedding.

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults.

Of course! The Barcelo is an all inclusive resort.

Yes, right on the beach at the Barcelo resort!

What is the best way to book my trip?
Answer
As of right now, we have a room block until April! Call Oscar Cabrera at (305) 613-1558 or you can email Oscar to book a room for your stay: Oscar.Cabrera@barcelo.com and cc weddings.usa@barcelo.com. He will need the following information to secure your room: Names, Dates of travel(Check in/out dates), Occupancy(# of adults and children in the room), room category desired, phone number and the best email address for you. Payment for the hotel is due at the time of check-in. Flights will need to be booked separately.

How much will this cost?

Is there a minimum stay requirement to stay at the Barcelo under my room block?

There is no minimum stay, currently.

Does Barcelo offer payment plans?

Barcelo does not offer payment plans. All payment is due at the time you check in at the hotel.

What should I wear to the wedding?
Answer
The wedding will be on the beach! Please dress in beach casual or formal attire; whatever you are more comfortable in - we are on vacation!

When will we be at the Barcelo?
Answer
Our plan is to get to the Barcelo on Wednesday(12/3) morning and check out of the Barcelo on Wednesday (12/10) afternoon. Then we will start our honeymoon, at another resort in Aruba!

What if I can't afford to make the trip?
Answer
That is okay and we totally understand! We will hold a party for anyone who wishes to still celebrate. Location & Date: TBD 2026.
