Lacawac sanctuary also borders Lake Wallenpaupack. This lake is one Pennsylvania's largest reservoirs. Check out "8 Activities to Do Around Lake Wallenpaupack" for all the area has to offer.
Promised Land State Park has lake beaches, boat rentals, and hiking trails. Many of these trails are well-maintained but Aine, Dylan, Matt, and Mona got over 200 ticks from trying to circumnavigate the lake so don't do that. ★★★★★- Lxodes scapularis

Scenic railbiking adventure. Reservations are not required; however, they are highly recommended.
Located in the Hawley Silk Mill, they have indoor and outdoor seating available for breakfast and lunch, or order something to-go. Open 7:30am to 4pm
Craft importer of fair trade coffee and chocolates with a small factory tour. Set in the Himalayan Institute. Matt gave Aine some of these chocolates when he was trying to win her heart.

Stunning and easily accessible waterfall. Cross the street to hike Milford Knob where Aine and Matt went on their first hike together.
