Huntington Beach Pier is a beautiful spot to explore and is special to Matt and Justina as that is where they got engaged, right on the beach next to the pier.
We enjoy paddle boarding at Huntington Beach Harbor. It has a few launch spots for kayaking, swimming or paddle boarding and is very peaceful and family/pet friendly.
Seal Beach National Wildlife Refuge is a wildlife refuge encompassing 965 acres located in the California costal community of Seal Beach. It is kid-friendly.
Downtown Huntington Beach has lots of restaurants and stores to explore. And is right off of Huntington Beach Pier.
Bolsa Chica State Ecological Reserve is a natural reserve and public land in Orange County. The reserve is designed by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife to protect a coastal wetland and upland, with both migratory and resident threatened endangered species of wildlife and wildflowers. This is good for kids.
