Do we need to fill out an online Immigration Form for St. Lucia?
Answer
Yes. You may access the form no more than 72 hours before travel. Submit one form per family/group. After submission, you will receive a receipt by email which you will need to present on arrival. The link is: https://travelslu.govt.lc/ You will need: Flight Information Passport details for all family members travelling with you A photo of the travel documents, more specifically your passport bio page or ID card for OECS citizens only A valid email address

When should we book our travel and accommodations?

We recommend booking as soon as possible to secure the best rates and ensure availability! We’ve reserved a special room block (#453306) at the Coconut Bay Beach Resort for our guests! To secure your room, please fill out the reservation form and email or call in your completed form with your selected accommodations to groups@cbayna.com. Will transportation be provided to the wedding venue?

When you arrive at the airport, please head to the Coconut Bay Beach Resort kiosk. A shuttle will be waiting to take you to the resort! All you'll need is your booking information and to mention that you are attending the Gluck Wedding. Easy breezy — we can’t wait to see you there!

Travel Tip for Returning to the U.S.
Answer
We highly recommend that guests consider enrolling in U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s Global Entry program to make re-entry into the U.S. quicker and easier after the wedding. Global Entry allows you to skip the regular customs lines and use expedited kiosks at major airports. You can apply here: https://ttp.dhs.gov/ Please note that approval can take several weeks, so we encourage you to apply early!

We’re so excited to celebrate with you! Here’s a little packing checklist to help you get ready for the trip: Sunscreen – The sun is strong, even when it's cloudy! Bug Spray – Especially if you plan to explore or hang out by the beach at night. Light Layers – Days will be warm, but nights can get breezy. Formal Beach Chic Attire – See our dress code guide for inspiration! Sand-Friendly Shoes – Wedges, flats, or dressy sandals are perfect. Swimwear – Pools and beaches are calling your name! Sunglasses and Hats – Stay cool and stylish. Reusable Water Bottle – Stay hydrated under the island sun. Small Day Bag or Beach Tote – For beach days or exploring nearby spots.
