What is the dress code for your wedding?

This wedding is by invitation only. Please RSVP for the individuals listed on your invitation.

Can we bring our children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, this celebration will be adults only. For those travelling and in need of child care in the area, please reach out to Claire for recommendations and contact information for trusted babysitters.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitted, the reception will be outdoors on the venue property. The cocktail hour will take place in a covered pavilion. The ceremony will take place both indoors and outdoors.

Can we take pictures and videos during the reception?

Answer

We kindly ask that the reception remains unplugged. Our talented photographer will capture the moment we say "I do" so you can be fully present!

Who should we contact with additional questions?

Are there other hotels in the area?

Answer

Yes! There are 3 other hotels in the Fredonia/Dunkirk area. In Fredonia, you can find the Best Western and The Quality Inn. In Dunkirk, you will find The Clarion Hotel. There are no room blocks at these hotels for The Matteson Wedding.

Question

Will there be transportation to the wedding?

Answer

We have arranged for a bus to pick up guests at The White Inn, where they also can take the bus to be dropped off at the end of the night. Hotel guests will be able to find specific transportation details upon check-in. If you will not be a hotel guest and need additional information, please reach out to Claire or Kyle.
