Guests staying at the hotel will be provided shuttle services to and from the venue. Parking is also available at the venue site, with a small lot behind the building and additional street parking available.
Unless the invite specified, no plus-ones or children are invited. Although we would love for everyone to be able to attend...weddings are EXPENSIVE :)
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at the same site.
There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however we recommend bringing cash to tip the bartenders.
The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to find a seat. Guests taking the shuttle should plan to leave the hotel at 3:30pm to arrive in time for the ceremony.
