Harry Reid International Airport Las Vegas

There is only one major airport in Las Vegas, and this is the one. Formerly known as McCarran International Airport. Frontier and Spirit Airlines are the cheapest from Detroit. Swoop Airlines is the cheapest from Toronto. If the flights are cheap going out of Toronto, don't wait! As they will likely go up. I would wait a couple of month to book flights out of Detroit. Cheapest Flights out of Detroit will be about 2-3 months before the date (March-April). Most expensive flight will be less than a month before the wedding. If you download the Hopper App you can track when the cheapest flight will be!

Wedding Room Rates

Here are the Discounted Room Rates for the Wedding. Be sure not to book a room far away from the strip if you do not have a car. I would stay in hotels that are located on Las Vegas Blvd between Tropicana and Sands Ave. The best value that I've seen so far is the Palazzo at the Venetian and the Venetian Hotel.

Shuttle

Transportation to Wedding Venue

If you are coming to Vegas in a large group and you would like a shuttle to and from the wedding venue, let Angela know, and she will send you information on shuttle services for large groups of 25 people. Shuttle service can also be requested at the concierge desk of your hotel when you arrive or before hand. If you choose to Uber, it will be around 15-20$ each way for a car of 4 people (5$ each). If you have a rental car, just say you're attending the wedding at the gate of the country club, and they will let you in.

Booking Recommendations

If you do not choose to use the discounted room rates, but want the 5 star hotel for a lesser price, I always book through hotwire. You will NOT know the name of the hotel until you book, but you will know the star rating and the location. Everything in Vegas is a gamble!
