Our wedding will take place in Camino, California, right outside of Placerville and nestled near the beautiful Apple Hill region. Surrounded by rolling hills, vineyards, and tall pines, it’s a peaceful corner of Gold Country that feels cozy and inviting.
If you’re traveling from out of town, Sacramento International Airport (SMF) is about an hour away and offers the easiest access to the area.
There are plenty of hotels and many Airbnbs in and around Camino and Placerville, as well as nearby towns like El Dorado Hills and Folsom. Whether you’re hoping for a quiet cabin tucked in the trees or a convenient spot near shops and restaurants.
With its small-town charm, Camino is a lovely place to linger. Be sure to explore local coffee shops, family-run farms, antique stores, and nearby wineries during your visit!
