Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We need you to have your rsvp completed no later than April 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you be at the location and seated no later than 15 min prior to the ceremony

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi formal/ dressy casual. We are requesting no shorts. Keep in mind the ceremony will be outside. We are also requesting that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride such as white and ivory.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is parking at the venue but it is limited, if possible please rideshare. There are public parking lots on the outskirts of Gatlinburg that would work well to meet at.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Your kids are welcome as long as they were accounted for on the invitation and during rsvp.

What type of food will be available?

Answer

We are serving a full bbq buffet including: an assortment of meats and sides. We will provide some alcohol but feel free to byob we will have coolers with ice.

Can I take photo and video during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means that we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer and will be posting pictures and will be happy to share them. After the ceremony feel free to take photographs as long as you are not interfering with the photographer.
