This event requests guests in Formal attire. Dresses can be any non-white print or color, and floor-length silhouettes are best. The Bride encourages rich colors, beading, fun textures, or other usually-avoided things in wedding attire - have fun!! We kindly ask that casual fabrics, such as linen and sundress-styles, be avoided. For your reference, the bridesmaids will be in a Dark Brown/Espresso color. Men should opt for a dark-colored suit and tie. Please avoid sneakers. Tuxedos are welcome, but not required. For further information on Formal Attire, please visit https://www.theknot.com/content/formal-wedding-attire Please consider: The ceremony is in a covered, courtyard-style space. While protected by a roof from inclement weather, such as rain, the open-air style will impact temperature of the space. Please consider this when choosing your attire. The ceremony will have outdoor heaters should the weather favor colder temperatures, however outerwear, sleeves, or a shawl would be encouraged. A coat closet is available at the venue to store any outerwear you bring. Dining, bar, and lounge areas are indoors.
Our wedding is adults only. We truly love your kids, however, due to venue limitations this is an adult-only wedding. We kindly ask that only those on your invitation attend.
You can bring a date if your formal invitation indicates a "Guest." (Save-the-dates will not indicate Guests. Please refer to your formal invitation.)
Rain will not change location or time. Both the ceremony and reception will be held in a completely indoor building with covered outdoor areas.
Yes. Transportation will be provided at the end of the wedding, from the venue to the hotel, via charter bus. Pick up times will be 9:00pm and 9:50/10:00pm. Transportation to the wedding from the hotel will not be provided. Guests can drive to the venue; there is a large, free parking lot at the venue and cars may be left overnight (pick up by 8:00am the following morning), or guests staying at the hotel can park at the hotel and order an Uber/Lyft to the venue. Please consider it is a 15 minute drive from the hotel to the venue.
Yes, there is a large, free parking lot in front of the building which can accommodate all guests. Cars can be left overnight but must be moved by 8:00am the following morning.
