For any of our guests flying in, the nearest airport and the airport we recommend flying into is Stanfield International Airport (YHZ) in Halifax Nova Scotia. It will be a one hour and fifteen minute drive from Stanfield to Oak Island Resort.

There are a variety of rental car locations available at the Stanfield international airport, if you are flying in and need to rent a car to get to Oak Island Resort we recommend using one of these options at the airport for ease of convenience, they have a variety of vehicles available in a range of prices.

Oak Island Resort & Conference Centre

Oak Island Resort is our recommended hotel for the wedding weekend. It will also be the location of our Ceremony & Reception. If you choose to stay at another vacation rental or hotel nearby please ensure you have travel arranged to and from the venue, and please note that there is no public transit in the area and ride share apps like Uber & Lyft are currently unavailable in Western Shore.
