We met through the cycling community in Bellingham. Even though I was too fixated on watching bike races for our first date at Cafe Velo, I couldn't wait to see Matt again. So, I set to work on planning the best second date ever - a bike ride to a picnic dinner at Clark's Point with delicious drinks, tasty tuna sandwiches, truffle treats, and spectacular sunset views. This is the same place Matt proposed. On July 22, 2020, we wed at Marine Park. With five years of marriage down, we are still each others' best friends, true loves, and badass partners in life. We're super excited to celebrate our marriage with everyone in honor of our 5th Anniversary!
