Lackawanna Coal Mine Tour
Great place for people who love history! Explore an anthracite coat mine, 300 feet below the earth's surface, that originally opened in 1860! Tour lasts about 1.5 hours and has a 1/2 mile walking portion.
Electric City Trolley Museum
Walking distance from the Raddison is the Steamtown Nation Historic Site with the Trolley museum. Here you can find interactive exhibits and displays including vintage trolleys. You can also climb aboard one of their authentic antique trolley for a 5.5-mile trip over Lackawanna County.
