Haldi

Dress Code: Semi-Formal - Hues of Marigold
The Haldi ceremony is a joyful and culturally significant pre-wedding ritual where turmeric paste (haldi) is applied to the bride and groom by their loved ones. This tradition is believed to cleanse, purify, and bless the couple with protection and positivity as they prepare for their big day. Theme: Marigold
Baraat & Pheras (Wedding Ceremony)
3:00 pm - 6:00 pm
Dress Code: Indian Traditional Glam - Saris, Lehengas and Sherwanis
The event begins with a lively Baraat, a celebratory parade where the groom dances with friends and family as he makes his way to marry his bride. This is followed by the Pheras, a sacred Hindu ritual in which the couple takes seven vows around the holy fire, symbolizing their union in marriage.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Dress Code: Same as Wedding Ceremony or Formal Western Cocktail Attire. Changing outfits from Wedding to Reception is optional and upto your preference.
The Wedding Ceremony will be followed by a short break (for those who would like to change or freshen up), which will be followed by the Reception. Toasting to the beginning of the couple’s new journey together, an evening of dinner, drinks, and dancing that brings the wedding celebrations to a joyful close.
