How do I know if I am staying at the main resort or the partner resort?

In the "Save the Date" e-mail sent to you, it is stated where you will be staying.

As much as we love your children, this will be an adults-only wedding.

There are many direct flights to Puerto Vallarta from big airports in the U.S.

What if I can't stay the entire 4 days?

Answer

As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone for the duration of the 4 days, we understand this is not always possible. Please refer to the "Save the Date" e-mail sent to you for further instructions on booking. Also, please RSVP on this website for individual days that you will be able to attend. If you are unable to join us for at least 3 days, you may need to look into other accommodation options. However, you will be required to pay a daily fee to join the venue site events. Please contact us if this is the case.

Playa Fiesta accepts MasterCard and Visa. Guests sharing a room can split their bill when they checkout if they wish.

Cell phones/Wi-Fi

Answer

Check your wireless plan before you head down to see what your plan has you set up for. The wedding hotel (and most restaurants) offer Wi-Fi.

Is there a gym?

Answer

There is no gym at Playa Fiesta however, Costa Sur allows our guests to use their gym for no additional charges. All you will need to do is get a business card from our front desk and bring it with you to hotel "Costa Sur" and let them know you are staying with us for a wedding.

Does Playa Fiesta offer transportation from/to the airport?

Answer

Playa Fiesta does not have transportation but they recommend Superior Tours that is great for pickups from the airport to Playa Fiesta for any # of people. However, they can only do transfers back to the airport for groups of 6 or more. For groups of 5 or less taxis are very easy for our front desk to call and can arrive to the hotel within minutes. Feel free to contact the transportation company directly if you or your guests would like to arrange transportation to/from Playa Fiesta and be sure to mention that you are staying at Playa Fiesta so you can receive the correct rate. Electrical Outlets

Answer

Mexico has the same electrical outlets as the United States and Canada. No adapters are needed.

Do I need to bring a hair dryer?

Answer

The front desk has 15 hair dryers so if guests need one daily it's best to pack one and bring it along.
