When is the RSVP deadline?

Shuttle & Ceremony Arrival
Answer
A shuttle will be available for all guests. The shuttle will transport guests from the bottom of the venue to the mountain side, where the ceremony will be held. This service starts at 3:45 and ends at 4:15 pm. All guests are expected to be seated by 4:15 pm.

Due to venue and vendor capacity, we have chosen to make this a 21 and up celebration.

Services such as Uber and Lyft are accessible to the venue however, it is suggested to secure these rides well in advance.

What is the dress code?
Answer
We kindly request cocktail or formal attire. Colorado weather can shift quickly, so we recommend bringing a light layer or jacket for the evening.

Will there be a bar?
Answer
Yes, there is open bar. While we want all of our guests to have fun, it is very important to us both that everyone is safe. Please drink responsibly.

Mountain Crust will be catering all you can eat pizza and appetizers.

Will there be gluten free options?
Answer
Yes- for the pizza. Please advise the groom or bride if you would like gluten free crust so we can communicate this to our vendor.

Will there be non-alcoholic drinks?
Answer
Yes! There will be soda, water, and coffee available.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
While the weather in October is typically nice but brisk, it is Colorado and the weather can change with little notice. We suggest bringing a coat or shawl to be safe!

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
Answer
Our ceremony will be held outdoors (weather permitting), followed by an indoor reception.

Do you have a registry?
Answer
We do not have a registry. We will have a card box setup at the wedding if anyone would like to contribute to our honeymoon and new chapter! If you’re unable to attend but would like to gift us something, our address is provided below. Can I bring a plus one?

At this time we’re only able to accommodate the guests listed on invitations. Additional guest requests will be considered after RSVP’s have been received.

Who can I contact if I have questions?
Answer
Prior to the wedding you can contact the bride or groom directly! The day of the wedding please contact the maid of honor, best man, or the parents of the bride and groom.

Wedding colors
Answer
The wedding parties will be in black and white. We want our guests to have the freedom of wearing whatever colors they would like! Our only ask is no white or any color considered to be in the “white family”. Undershirts in these colors are acceptable.

A note on the celebration

We respectfully ask that guests refrain from bringing or using marijuana. We understand this is Colorado however, this is a zero tolerance with our venue. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Is parking available?
Answer
Parking is available however, you cannot leave your vehicle parked at the venue overnight. If you’re using a ride sharing service at the end of the evening, your vehicle is still your responsibility. If your vehicle is left at the venue overnight it may be subject to being towed.
