We've listed some of our favorite things to do if you're looking to get a little more out of your stay!

RISD Museum

In the heart of College Hill, this museum has a varied permanent collection of art and design objects. It also hosts many rotating exhibits from artists all over the world.

Day Trip to Newport

Newport, RI

If you're looking to make an extended weekend out of your visit- we recommend making the day trip to Newport. Most famous for it's Gilded Aged mansions, there's also plenty of to do. The Cliff walk is a scenic trail with incredible views of the ocean and access to many of the mansions lining the coast. Downtown Newport has great shopping and restaurants, especially if you like seafood! If you have a car, it is about a 40 minute drive from Providence.

Providence Ghost Tours

With Halloween only a few weeks away, these tours are perfect to get a good sense of the history of the area as well as some spooky stories! They cover the area of College Hill and Benefit street. Home to the Brown University campus, this neighborhood is filled with some of the most notable and historic architecture in the city. The tour starts at Prospect park which offers an incredible view of Downtown Providence.

Providence Children's Museum

Federal Hill

If you're looking for great Italian food, this is where you'll find it. Many of the establishments here date back decades and are know for the best Italian foods in the city. Some of our favorites include: Andino's, Camille's, and Pastiche for desserts.

Wickenden Street and South Main Street

Wickenden Street, Providence, RI

These two streets that intersect have a lot of great shops, bars and restaurants. Our favorite stores in the area are; NAVA, Stewart House, Asterfields, The Matchbox, and Pretty Snake. Some of the pubs/ restaurants we recommend are the East End, Aguadente, Bacaro, Plant City and The Walnut Room. A short walk away is the legendary dive bar, the Hot Club which has great views of the water and a laid back vibe.

Roger Williams Park Zoo

This Rhode Island staple is only a 10 minute drive from our venue. The Roger Williams Park Zoo is home to several fun attractions and the perfect place for a relaxing afternoon.
