Travel Tips For Spain
When to Book Flights: We recommend booking your flight about 3 months in advance. Getting Around: Rental Car: We highly recommend renting a car or sharing one with friends. It’ll give you flexibility for airport transfers, day trips, and getting to the villa (the Villa is a 45 minute drive from the airport). Boat Day Transportation: We’ll all need to drive to the marina for Boat Day! We’ll have a few large vans to help transport bigger groups, but having a rental car will make this much easier and less hectic. Taxis & Public Transit: Public transportation and taxis are reliable in Barcelona and Sitges, but keep in mind that taxis won’t come to the villa late at night, so having your own transportation is ideal. After the Wedding: All rooms in the villa are booked, but if you’re unable to drive after the celebration, there will be plenty of extra couches and cozy spots to crash for the night. We’ve got you covered!
