DESTINATION WEDDING!

In mid April, 2017, Matt was working the front desk at his chiropractic office when he saw Salam for the first time. Matt wanted to help her fill out new patient forms and get her situated. Right away sparks flew between the two but it was always a friendly encounter. One day Matt was really sick at the office and Salam got him some soup on his lunch break. It was at that very moment Matt saw the kindness in her heart immediately and asked her out on a date. He took her out on a lovely dinner establishment by the name of Radius in Valparaiso, IN. At that point, the conversation was free and organic. And the rest was history.

After 3 years of dating, Matt called Salam and told her that we got a free ride on a helicopter over the city of Chicago from a friend of a friend. Matt invited his daughter, Allia, along for the ride since it would be a fun activity. We got inside the helicopter, seeing all these beautiful sites. While we were turning to look at the Sears Tower's Sky deck, Matt told me to wave to the people in the sky deck, while they were waving back. Allia handed Matt the ring and started to film. That is when Matt popped the question, Salam said yes, and love was literally in the air.
