When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that all RSVP's are sent by July 12, 2026.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal Attire. We understand that late August can be warm, so we're aiming for a balance between formal and comfortable. Feel free to opt for light colors, breathable fabrics, and comfortable styles.

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside in the grass along the Conestoga River. Ladies, please keep this in mind when choosing your footwear! (Block heels would be easiest to walk in) The venue has a beautiful covered pavilion if we are not able to hold the ceremony outside.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

If you are staying at one of our hotel blocks, there will be a shuttle service that will bring our guests to and from the venue. There will be information at the hotel on this timing to ensure you are ready in time to catch a ride!

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a parking lot right outside of the ballroom. Cars are not permitted to be left overnight - Please ensure you have arrangements to get to and from the venue if you are driving.

Are children allowed?

Answer

While we adore all the children in our lives, to allow everyone to relax and fully enjoy the celebration, our wedding will be an adults-only event. We hope this advance notice allows you to make arrangements and celebrate with us!

Can I post wedding photos on social media?

Answer

To allow everyone to be fully present, we are requesting an unplugged ceremony. Please refrain from using phones or cameras during this time. We also ask that you avoid posting any photos on social media until we've had a chance to share our professional photographs.
