We want you to dress festively yet comfortably, whatever that means for you! There is a large coat closet, so bundle up and feel free to wear winter boots and change into more comfortable shoes once indoors.
Heated parking is available for $6 at the Vineland Place Ramp located near the Walker Art Center: 727 Vineland Pl, Minneapolis, MN 55403. FUS is located just up the hill, we plan to have signs indicating how to get to our event. There is also street parking at the front entrance on Mt. Curve Avenue.
Many of our guests have young children. The more the merrier, we say! Just indicate on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

First Unitarian Society (FUS) is a humanist congregation in Minneapolis that was founded in 1880s in our historic neighborhood. If you're interested in learning more about the space, checkout the website! Phoebe became a member in 2019 and for a time, sang in the choir and taught middle school Sunday RE. Matt is familiar with FUS too--his family held a naming ceremony for him there as a baby! He rejoined as a member in May 2023.
After we conclude at FUS, we will be headed to a neighborhood in Minneapolis called the North Loop-- home to great bars, breweries and restaurants within a walkable distance. Our first stop is at Inbound Brew Co. There should be lots of parking available in the area, and is less than a 10 min drive from FUS!
