Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will be sending out formal invitations in the early months of 2026 - so keep an eye out for those in the mail with information on how to RSVP and when to do so by. For now, please feel free to book a room at any of the hotel recommendations provided if you plan to spend the night!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are still working on our registry list, but stay tuned for the wish list to be posted on the Registry link on this website soon!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:30pm on October 17th, 2026. Please arrive before then - refreshments will be provided prior to the ceremony. We will have transportation provided from the Marriot with enough time to get to the ceremony on time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. There is some grass that needs to be walked through for the ceremony so keep that in mind for shoe choice! The ceremony will be held outdoors, and then we will make our way inside for the reception.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Check the Travel Page on this website! There are two hotels we have blocks for: The Inn at Leola Village and the Courtyard Marriot in Lancaster. Please feel free to check out other lodging option if you wish, but the hotels we have blocks and transpiration for are provided in the Travel Page.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There IS parking at the venue location (Leola Village) where all Saturday events will take place (Ceremony, Reception, and After Party).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we have several guests invited that have some food allergies so we are ensuring that we can accommodate for those! We will have food options provided on the formal invitation for those with special requests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we plan to have special transportation from the Courtyard Marriot in Lancaster for those staying there. We will have more information as far as pickup/drop off times for those guest provided to them upon their arrival to the hotel. Those that are staying at the Inn at Leola Village, all events taking place Saturday will be within walking distance from your room. If you are staying somewhere else than the hotel recommendation provided, then you are welcome to drive to the venue, there is parking available there.

Answer

Please check out the Schedule Page on the website for any events we plan to host during the weekend of our wedding! Feel free to come to whatever you are able to attend. The more the merrier!
