What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guest arrival begins at 4:00pm. We ask that you are seated prior to the outdoor ceremony which will begin promptly at 4:30pm.

Are kids invited?

Answer

We really love your kids but we want our wedding to be your night off so we are limiting children to those in the bridal party only.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Due to the holiday weekend, the hotel was unfortunately unable to accommodate this request. However, a limited amount of rooms are available so we are recommending that any out of town guests book their rooms ASAP to ensure their stay.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

If you are staying at the Fairfield then yes. Otherwise, you will need to arrange your own transportation.

Is there parking nearby?

Answer

There is parking available at the venue. You may leave your cars there overnight or at the Pocono Pub.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an "unplugged" ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and devices be put away and on silent/turned off during the ceremony. We've hired a professional photographer to capture this special moment and we want to be sure there are no phones blocking her shot. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like (*hint, hint* use our hashtag #TilDeathDoUsPark to share)!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Duh! Don't forget to bring some cash to tip the bartenders.

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

Answer

We will have a dietary dinner option available that will cover a wide variety of restrictions (i.e., vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, nut free). Please be sure to select this option when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are requesting semi-formal attire. This means cocktail, semi-formal, or formal dresses and suits accompanied with a tie. Wear any color you like but please do not wear colors typically reserved for the bride (white, ivory, cream, etc.)

Will there be an after party?

Answer

You know us too well! We will be having our after party at the DeFino's restaurant, the Pocono Pub. There will be late night snacks with a cash bar. If you are staying at the Fairfield, there is a walking path that leads here!

Are there any other wedding events I can attend?

Answer

Yes! On Sunday, October 9th, the DeFino's are hosting a farewell brunch at their home.
