We recommend arriving at 4:30 PM.

Will there be transportation?

There will be a shuttle bus that transports guests between the hotel (Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Asheville Weaverville) and the venue. Departure times: - 4:00 PM & 4:15PM from the hotel - 9:15PM, 10:45PM, and 12AM from the wedding Pick up times from the hotel will be at 3:45PM & 4:15PM and return times will be at 9PM, 10:30PM, and 12:00AM. For guests staying at other locations, we recommend you schedule an Uber or Lyft ride in advance.

Uber and lyft will come out to the wedding venue but we recommend that you book your ride in advance as the venue is in a somewhat rural location.
