Travel and Lodging
It takes a little effort to get here, and we're so glad you're up for an adventure to the Olympic Peninsula! We hope you can stay awhile and explore our neck of the woods.
GET HERE:
Drive (no ferry): Sea-Tac Airport to Port Townsend takes 2 hours depending on traffic. On the way back you'll pay a small toll for the Tacoma Narrows Bridge.
Drive and ferry: Head downtown for the Seattle - Bainbridge Ferry Terminal (25 mins from airport). There are no reservations, so timing and ferry lines can affect when you board. Sailing is 35 minutes, then about an hour drive to PT. Walk upstairs to the upper decks for great views of the Seattle skyline and beautiful Puget Sound!
STAY:
Rent a home from Airbnb, Vacasa, etc. Boutique hotels: The Belmont, Tides Inn, Bishop Hotel, Palace Hotel, many B&B's. Farther: The Resort at Port Ludlow (25 mins), 7 Cedars Casino (35 mins). Check maps before you book.
Book all asap!
