Maggie and Matt have been dating since November 5th, 2016 and have been together ever since. They met while they were both students at Brownsburg High School. However, they didn’t really get to know each other until college. They are celebrating 9 years together this fall while planning to spend the rest of their lives together.

Maggie and Matt took a trip to Tennessee to visit Dollywood as a surprise for Maggie’s 27th Birthday. They had hoped to hike around the Smoky Mountains as well, but the heavy rainfall caused them to close the park. Instead, on the drive home they stopped to hike around Big South Fork National Park in Kentucky and hike to the waterfall there. At the beginning of their hike they stopped at Bear Creek Overlook, standing almost 800 feet above the Big South Fork Cumberland River that passes through Kentucky and Tennessee. Matt asked Maggie to spend the rest of their lives together there on October 1st, 2024.
