Wedding Weekend

Friday, August 7, 2026

Welcome Event

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm

You’re invited to join us the night before the wedding for a fun, laid-back evening at High Rollers Banff from 7–9 PM — completely optional, but we’d love to see you if you’re in town and up for it. Bowling lanes and pizza are included, and you’re welcome to come and go as you please. Drinks and bowling shoe rentals ($5) are at guests’ own expense. Feel free to stick around after 9 PM and keep the fun going!

Cocktail Hour(s)

3:00 pm - 5:30 pm

Please join us in the mountains for a relaxed afternoon of cocktails, small bites, games on the patio, and live music as we kick off our wedding celebration. Attire is "mountain chic", see attire page for more details! The cocktail hour starts at 3 PM, but we know it’s a long day, so come by whenever works best for you. Guests will start to flow in throughout the afternoon, and dinner will begin at 6 PM.

Reception

6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Once the games and music wind down, we’ll gather for dinner with our nearest and dearest — we can’t wait to share this special meal with you. The Fat Ox will be serving an extraordinary feast with antipasti, fresh pasta, a carne station, and a decadent dessert spread — all designed for guests to mingle, taste, and enjoy!

After Party

8:15 pm - 11:45 pm

We’ll take the celebration downtown to the Rose & Crown — where everyone is welcome to join us for drinks, dancing, and late-night fun!

Post Wedding Coffee in the Park

10:00 am - 12:00 pm

Join us the morning after the wedding for a relaxed, drop-in meet-up at Sundance Park. We’ve reserved the Little Bow Shelter and the Protection Shelter just over the bridge, and we’ll have coffee and light breakfast goodies available (think muffins and simple breakfast sandwiches). Come by to say hello, enjoy some fresh mountain air, and ease into the day with us. Feel free to take a walk, relax by the river, or bring a racket if you’d like to use the tennis or pickleball courts nearby. No schedule — just a casual chance to connect before everyone heads out.
