The wedding will officially start at 4pm sharp. However, because the wedding takes place on a Friday afternoon, we highly recommend that people try to arrive by 3:30pm in order to ensure on time arrival. We expect there to be some heavy traffic on the surrounding freeways for those guests who are not staying at the Ayres hotel with us. For guests who arrive before the ceremony, the bar will be open so everyone can begin to enjoy the event. However, the open/free bar will not officially begin until the ceremony start time (4pm onward).
This wedding will be a relatively formal affair, but we also want individuals to be comfortable all night and feel free to express their own individual styles. ---formal attire preferred (black tie optional). Please keep in mind this event will be heavily photographed/filmed. Please do not wear something you would feel uncomfortable being photographed or filmed in.
For any unanswered questions or concerns regarding any wedding detail, please feel free to call or text the bride at the following cell phone number : (714) 397-4502
No! There will be a fully functioning open bar with full bar service throughout the entire wedding. All alcoholic drinks, beer, wine, soda, and coffee will be included for all guests.
Yes there will be a fun money dance. If you would like to personally dance with the bride and/or groom, feel free to bring cash and watch their terrible dancing skills be put to the test.
If you are choosing to utilize the hotel block of rooms reserved at the Ayres hotel in Chino Hills, there will be a shuttle that runs back and forth from the hotel to the venue and vice versa. The shuttle will be available to transport guests starting around 2:30pm and run until 11:00pm at night (appx. 1 hour after the end of the wedding). The shuttle is free of charge to all guests and is the safest means of transportation for all guests choosing to use the open bar. If you decide to leave the wedding early (before 10pm), the shuttle will also be available for transportation throughout the duration of the ceremony/reception.
The easiest way to RSVP for the wedding is through this website. We apologize that this was not indicated on the invitation. Please click the RSVP tab on the top of the website. Then, type in your first and/or last name, and indicate whether you and/or all members of your invited party can attend the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception. Many individuals have the same last name, so please make sure you are RSVPing for the right person before submitting. If you would prefer to RSVP by sending in the mail RSVP card, please follow the instructions indicated below.
When you and your family receive your invitation, it will arrive with a pre-addressed RSVP response card. Please fill out on the response card how many people from your invited party are able to attend/not attend the event. (If your invitation indicated *and family* as part of the address, all immediate children of the invited individual/couple are also invited to attend and should be included in the attendance head count) Please also indicate on the response card which invited individuals can/are not able to attend, especially if only some of the invited party are able to come. Please also indicate (ok to provide via indicating a return address) who the response card is being sent from so there is no confusion on who can/cannot attend the wedding. Finally, please mail in, or directly hand to the future bride or groom, your completed response card no later than November 8, 2019! Thank you! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the future bride at 714-397-4502.
