When will the shuttle pick up guests to take them to the ceremony?

Answer

Shuttles are scheduled to pick up all guests at 3:15pm on Saturday, 09/16.

Where will the shuttle pick me up to take me to the wedding?

Answer

All guests will be picked up via shuttle at the Gondola Transit Center just south of the front entrance of the Steamboat Grand. Can I drive myself to the Lucky 8 Ranch for the wedding?

Answer

Currently, the county requires guests be shuttled to and from wedding events . The wedding will take place on a ranch 17 miles outside of the ski resort. Arrangements have been made to pick up all guests by shuttle at the Gondola Transit Center across from the Steamboat Grand prior to the event. When guests are ready to depart the celebration, a shuttle will then return you back to the Gondola Transit Center.

Can I bring my pet to the wedding?

Answer

The Lucky 8 Ranch is a fully functioning bison ranch and we want to keep the surroundings as safe and least disrupted as possible; therefore no pets in attendance at the wedding. The buffalo are free to roam the property and it is common for them to be in close vicinity of the wedding site. We know many have had to make arrangements and we appreciate it!

If I'm not staying within walking distance of the shuttle pick up point, where can I park my car?

Answer

There are two parking garages directly across the street from the entrance of the Steamboat Grand. Directly to the north of the Gondola Transit Center is the Steamboat Square Parking Garage. This is paid parking and DOES allow for overnight parking. Just to the north of that garage is the Ski Time Square parking garage. This is also paid parking, but does not allow overnight parking. You will receive a detailed map prior to the wedding.

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on grass and the reception will be in an enclosed tent within walking distance of the ceremony site. The reception tent is heated and will be very comfortable no matter the weather! If you plan to take in the sunset or stars in the evening, feel free to plan an extra layer.

I have a dietary restriction that I didn't mention when I RSVP'd. Can I make an update?

Answer
