The wedding is formal attire -- For men, this typically means a suit with a tie. For women, a long/midi length formal dress or separates would be perfect. Please be aware that the ceremony will take place on grass, so consider wearing block heels or wedges instead of stilettos. All wedding events will be outside so plan accordingly for the temperature.
Please RSVP by Sunday, March 1st, 2026. If you know for certain that you will or will not be attending-- feel free to RSVP early! You can do so on the "RSVP" tab of this website.
We kindly ask that only guests who were specifically named on the invitation bring a plus one. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will be listed on the invitation and in Zola when you RSVP.
Please arrive promptly at 5pm so the ceremony can start uninterrupted at 5:15pm
Yes! We will provide transportation from downtown Charlottesville to The Clifton. A bus will depart from The Omni (will park on the back side/mall side of the hotel) at 4:30pm and The Fairfield Inn in Downtown Charlottesville at 4:45 PM to transport guests to The Clifton. A return bus will be available at 9:30pm and 11pm after the reception to bring guests back to The Omni in downtown Charlottesville.
Shuttles will be provided at the designated hotels. There is parking at the venue if you need to drive but it is very limited so we suggest catching the bus at one of the hotels or taking an Uber/Lyft.
Yes! Please notify us of any food allergies so we can tell our venue.
All wedding events on April 18 are adults only, but feel free to bring your kids to the Welcome Party on April 17!
