What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive between 12:00 and 12:45 PM. The ceremony begins at 1:00 PM, and we’d love everyone to be seated and settled by then.

Will the ceremony and reception be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! Both will take place outdoors at the home of our friends, Scott and Jenny Schroeder. We recommend bringing an extra layer in case the evening gets chilly.

Where should I park?

Answer

Parking will be available in a designated area on the property. No stress – we’ll make space for you!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Think relaxed and celebratory! Dresses, jumpsuits, slacks with a shirt or blazer – all are great options. The ceremony will take place on a lawn, so choose footwear that works well on grass. We don’t have an official wedding color, but we think it would be fun to complement the beauty of a Wisconsin fall. Feel free to add warm autumn tones to your look!

Is there time for group or guest photos?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have a photographer capturing moments before and during the ceremony. There will also be dedicated photo time right after, from 1:30 to 2:00 PM, when we’d love everyone to get together for pictures. After that, we’ll be taking our own photos and videos. The photographer will share all the professional shots with us a few days after the wedding.

We’re happy to be serving a mix of Sicilian- and Wisconsin-inspired dishes, lovingly prepared by our friends John and Karen.

Will there be options for dietary restrictions?

If you have any dietary questions, please let us know. We want everyone to feel comfortable!

Can I make a toast at the wedding?

We’d be thrilled if you did! Toasts are welcome at any time, but ideally during cocktail hour or dinner. Just let our DJ Ron know you’d like to speak, and he’ll help with that.

Will there be dancing?

Absolutely! Our friend DJ Ron is bringing all the good stuff from the ’80s, ’90s, and 2000s, so yes, there will be dancing (and probably some singing along, too!)

What if it rains?

We’re hoping for sunshine, but we’ll have a tent in place just in case. Rain or shine, we’re going to have fun!

Is there an after-party?

Answer

There won’t be an official after-party, but we hope the celebration leaves you smiling all the way home! If you’re up for more fun, you know where to find us. 😊
