What to expect?

The ceremony and cocktail hour to follow will be outdoors—weather permitting. Dinner and dancing will be indoors, with an outdoor patio!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we adore your little ones, this will be an adults only event. We hope this will allow you to enjoy a much deserved night off to celebrate with us!

What should I wear?

Answer

Cocktail attire requested. Short or long dresses are welcome for women and suit and tie for men. The ceremony will be on grass, so we recommend women do not wear thin heels. Please no jeans or shorts, dress to impress. If you would like to match the vibe, we encourage shades of blue, but it is not a requirement!

Can I bring a date?

Space is limited to those names specifically identified on your invitation. This is the most special day of our lives, so we want to be able to focus on celebrating with those of you we are closest to!

Will there be on-site parking/transportation to the venue?

Answer

Should you choose to drive, there will be ample parking! You will not be able to park your car overnight. Ride share services are not allowed, so we will be providing a shuttle to and from the Double Tree & Marriott hotels.

What are the shuttle times?

Answer

Prior to the wedding, pickups will be at 3:15pm and 3:45pm at both hotels (Double Tree & Marriott). We will have an early shuttle at 9pm back to both hotels, and a shuttle at the end of the night (10pm) to both hotels.

Is there an after party? Where?

Answer

There will be an after party, though it is not an organized event. The after party is at Tellus 360, which is right next door to the Marriott. For those staying at the Double Tree, the shuttle will stop for 10 minutes after the wedding for anyone who wants to drop stuff off and get back on the bus before heading to the Marriott hotel. When you are ready to leave, you will need to use Uber/Lyft to get back to the Double Tree or walk to the Marriott next door.
