9:00 am - 1:00 pm
We will be heading to Hanauma Bay for some snorkeling action on Thursday morning. We will be taking our rental car and gear. If you need transportation and snorkeling gear, you can book at https://hanaumabaystatepark.com/extended-snorkeling/ I’ve also seen some good deals on Groupon, but they all come out to around $25 per person. There is also a $7.50 entrance fee per person.
2:00 pm - 4:00 pm
To book a free ticket to the USS Arizona memorial, you have to log on to recreation.gov exactly 60 days before the tour. They only release a few hundred of these tickets. If you don’t manage to score a free ticket, there are numerous tour companies that charge for the trip.
7:00 pm
We will start our brewery hopping at Aloha Beer Company and go by foot and Lyft to hop from there.
10:00 am - 1:00 pm
The Dole pineapple plantation offers train rides, a pineapple maze, an endemic species garden, and lots of other kid-friendly activities. It’s free to visit the plantation, and only $24 if you do all three attractions.
3:00 pm - 4:30 pm
We will be taking a 90 minute ocean cruise to check out the marine life. Hoping to see some dolphins and sea turtles. Cost is $36.75 per person, adults or kids. Super kid-friendly!
9:00 am - 11:00 am
It can be muddy on the trail, so be sure to dress appropriately!
I would love to start my wedding day by taking in some fresh Hawaiian air with any ladies that would like to join me. This is an easy “hike” (more like a slightly uphill trail) to a waterfall and back.
4:00 pm
There is no parking available at the chapel. Please arrange to take an Uber/Lyft or walk in from a neighboring street.
5:30 pm - 8:30 pm
Appetizer and bar service will begin at 5:30 pm. Soft drinks are provided, cash bar is available for alcoholic beverages. Dinner will be served at 6:15 pm, buffet style. We’re also located near the nightly live music, so bring your dancing shoes!
