The wedding ceremony and reception will take place at 1000 Westover, located at Maymont in Richmond, VA. The ceremony will take place outdoors on Picnic Hill. Cocktail hour and reception will be held both outdoors on the courtyard and indoors in the main building. In the event of rain, the wedding will take place indoors. Please plan to arrive between 4:30 and 4:45 PM so you have plenty of time to park, walk to Picnic Hill, and find a seat. The walk from the parking lot to Picnic Hill is 5 minutes. The ceremony will begin right at 5:00 PM.
Yes! Just note that the parking lot will be locked after the wedding ends. You may pick up your car when the lot reopens the following morning at 10:00 AM.

If your invite says “and guest,” yes! Otherwise, we’re keeping things cozy and can’t accommodate extra guests.
Semi-formal. Think cocktail attire - dresses or suits work well, but no need to go full black tie. The ceremony will be outdoors on grass, so consider shoes that won’t sink into the ground. October evenings in Richmond can be chilly, so a light layer is a good idea.
Yes, we’ll have an open bar offering wine, beer, and a signature cocktail. Non-alcoholic beverages will also be available - there’s something for everyone to enjoy!
There will be passed appetizers at cocktail hour and a buffet meal for dinner. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available. If you have any additional concerns, please include them in your RSVP and we'll do our best to accommodate you!
