Is this an all-inclusive resort? Does that really include everything?

Answer

Yes! This means you can essentially show up at your destination and not have to spend any additional money. This all-inclusive resort provides the best-in-class service, including gourmet restaurants, 24- hour room service, pool & beach wait service, top-shelf liquor and drinks, day and nighttime activities, plus WIFI Items such as spa services or excursions will be an additional charge if you choose to do them.

Are kids welcome?

As much as we love your little ones, we will not be including them in our wedding. Secrets Tulum is a 5-Star Adults-Only All-Inclusive resort. Please reach out if you have questions!

How do I reserve my room?

What is the final due date for payment?

Answer

The final due date for payment is June 7, 2024.There is no flexibility with the final due date. The final due date is set so you do not incur any additional fees, as well as to make sure your room is not released. The bride and groom have signed a contract on your behalf and do not want to incur any penalties that may affect their room block.

Can I make changes once I have made my deposit?

Answer

Changes may be made up until your final payment has been received. There will be a $250 fee assessed for any revisions made to the booking after the final payment date has passed (June 7th) so please make sure to double-check spelling and information before submitting. No changes will be made to any reservation 1 month before departure.

Can I make monthly payments?

Answer

The great thing about working with our travel team, TravelBash, is they lock in the rate for you, and allow for a payment plan. Monthly payments are not mandatory but can be set up monthly, bi-monthly or as one big payment. We make paying off your trip as convenient as possible. There is no set amount and you are in control.
