Please RSVP by July 31, 2025. If you have not responded by then, we will assume you won't be joining us. We need to provide all of our wonderful wedding vendors with a final headcount in advance and cannot accept late modifications.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 p.m. We would recommend you arrive in Louisville by 5:00 p.m. to find parking and get settled. There is no onsite venue parking, but plenty of free street parking throughout town very close to our venue.
The dress code is cocktail attire. Suits or slacks and a button-down are both acceptable, as are cocktail dresses or long gowns. No jeans, please! :)
While we love the little ones, this is a child-free wedding.
If you have a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and when you RSVP.
There is free and convenient city parking surrounding The Simon. We’d recommend the DELO lot or the Library underground parking lot. Aside from these free public parking lots just a few blocks away, there is plenty of street parking surrounding The Simon.
We kindly request that you keep your cell phones on silent in your purse or your pockets during the ceremony. We've hired a team of photographers, videographers, and content creators to capture every detail of our big day, and plan to share those photos when they're available. After the ceremony, we welcome as much picture taking as you want!
If you have any food allergies or intolerances, please let us know when you RSVP or text Kaitlin at (303)-720-8405. Our wedding will be completely vegan (no meat, eggs, or dairy), and gluten-free options will be provided and explicitly labeled.
Yes, there is an elevator that goes between all of the floors of the building.
