Both the ceremony and reception will take place outdoors. The ceremony will be held on the garden lawn, and the reception will follow on the blacktop in front of the venue. We recommend choosing attire—especially footwear—suited for these settings. Cocktail hour will be held indoors.
The forecast calls for partly cloudy skies with a high of 88°. The sun will set around 7:45 pm, and evening temperatures are expected to dip to around 61°. Please dress comfortably for an outdoor reception under the lights!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30 pm. We kindly ask that guests arrive between 4:45 and 5:15 pm. Those arriving after the start time may be unable to enter, as late arrivals would disrupt the ceremony.
YES! Transportation service will be provided from The Cincinnatian Hotel to the wedding venue. Shuttles will depart the hotel promptly at 4:45 p.m., with return service available following the reception. Shuttles will arrive to the venue at 11 pm and depart promptly after the conclusion of the reception. Guests staying at The Westin are kindly asked to arrive at The Cincinnatian prior to departure to ensure timely boarding.
Yes! Guests staying at other neighboring hotels downtown are welcome to use the provided transportation to and from the venue. Seating may be limited, so please plan to arrive early to ensure a spot.
Parking is available at the venue for both the ceremony and reception, with additional street parking nearby. The main lot is located behind the venue. Guests are welcome to leave cars overnight; however, they must be picked up by 9:00 am on Sunday. We also encourage the use of Uber or other rideshare services.
