Kindly RSVP by July 16th
The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.
Our ceremony is outdoors followed immediately by an indoor reception, with an outdoor patio and gazebo area. No walking on grass is required, so feel free to wear your highest heels!
The reception is at the same venue as the ceremony. Immediately following our ceremony, you will be directed inside the banquet hall (and outdoors to the patio) for cocktail hour.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening (and the open bar). We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
The ceremony will begin prompty at 5:30 p.m. (EST). You are welcome to start arriving at 5:00 p.m. We recommend arriving by at least 5:15 p.m. for seating.
Yes, there is a free parking lot at the venue with plenty of space. You can leave your car overnight and pick up the next day if needed. Additionally, we have provided a shuttle service through our hotel block that will take you to and from the venue.
The shuttle will make 2 trips from the hotel to the venue before the ceremony, and 2 trips at the end of the reception from the venue to the hotel. The last shuttle of the night will depart by 12 a.m.
