7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Cocktail Attire: cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, jackets & slacks
Once the Rehearsal Dinner concludes, we invite ALL wedding guests to join us for a short Welcome Party! Please arrive promptly at 7pm as we only have the reserved space until 8pm, but the restaurant/bar is open until 10pm for those that want to hang out longer. There are also a lot of other great restaurants/bars nearby to explore! **Please note: each guest is responsible for their own food & drink purchases during this event** PARKING: You may find a spot on Park Ave or a side street, but more likely you will need to find a lot or garage with a short walk to Cocina. Our preferred spot is free parking in the Sunrail lot (110 N New York Ave. Winter Park, FL 32789) and it is an approx. 4 min walk. If you'd prefer a garage there are free spots on the 4th and 5th levels of the Park Place Garage (150 W Canton Ave. Winter Park, FL 32789) an approx. 6 min walk. Or it's $8 to park at the Rollins College Truist Parking Garage (131 E Comstock Ave. Winter Park, FL 32789) an approx. 4 min walk.
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm
Semi-Formal to Formal attire: tuxes, gowns, suits & cocktail dresses
Please be seated anywhere you like for the outdoor ceremony under the large oak. **We have an incredible photo and video team ready to capture the memories, so we invite you to be fully present with us during the ceremony - kindly turn off all cell phones and cameras and enjoy this special moment with us**
5:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Directly after the ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour where you can enjoy small bites and refreshments.
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Following Cocktail Hour, there will be a seated dinner. After dinner, the reception will begin. Bring your dancing shoes!!
9:30 am - 10:30 am
Casual Attire: whatever you're comfortable in
Not at all required - but if you are staying the night in the Hilton Garden Inn or a hotel nearby, we will be in the lobby/breakfast area to eat for anyone who'd like to join us or simply stop for a quick goodbye!
11:00 am - 12:00 pm
Attire: anything from nice casual to "Sunday best" - note it's usually pretty cold inside so we'd recommend a light jacket if you're sensitive to temperature changes
The church we attend weekly is only 16 minutes from the venue and we will be going to the 11a service - we'd love for anyone interested and available to join us! *RSVP if you'd like us to try to save seats together* A little about Grace: Grace is a non-denominational contemporary church, so you can expect a friendly atmosphere and energetic worship! Also, free donuts and coffee in the lobby :) There is great kids programming by age if you have a child and don't think they would do well sitting through the whole hour-long service. Grace does communion weekly, but you do not have to participate if you'd prefer to just stay in your seat during that portion of the service. **Sundays are quite busy, so plan to arrive by 10:45a to give yourself time to park and get a seat inside** Here's the link to their website in case you want more information (https://discovergrace.com/orlando/). Please reach out with any questions at all - hope to see you there!
