Our ceremony will begin at 4pm.
We want our guests to be comfortable. We invite you to dress for the weather and choose cocktail attire, semi-formal, or dressy-casual clothing. While the ceremony and venue is paved, the path to the restrooms is over a gravel parking area and stilettos should be worn with caution. The venue has rolling hills and grassy areas surrounding the ceremony and reception areas.
We invite you to message Matt or Jenn if you are wanting to bring someone that is not included on the addressed envelope with your invitation.
Kids are included if your invite is specified “and family.” If you are needing clarification, please contact Matt or Jenn.
We recommend you stay wherever you are most comfortable in nearby Charlottesville, Zion Crossroads, or Fluvanna County. Our venue is located southeast of Charlottesville, about 30 minutes from town.
We have every possible food allergy in our immediate family and will have many food allergy options to include gluten free and vegetarian/vegan. Please send Matt or Jenn a message if you need a specific accommodation.
A large, adjacent gravel lot is available on site. The ceremony and reception are at the same location.
