We’re getting married!

We met through a mutual friend, and didn’t think much of it at first. Matt was working at one of our local gym’s, and I came in with a friend to try it out. Little by little, we would talk more and more every time I came in. After a MONTH of letting me use the gym for free, when it was only supposed to be a week, and many side glances, and flirtatious banter, we both knew “This is the start of something good.”

It was my birthday weekend, and my girls and I went up to San Luis Obispo for the weekend. Matt said he could not make it because of a previous trip he had taken the weekend before. On our second day up there we went to my favorite winery, and little did I know my parents were there and surprised me! I was happy to see them and did not think anything of their little surprise. We went to go take pictures, and after hearing some footsteps nearing me, I turn my head and see Matt standing right beside me! The moment I saw him I KNEW! He got down on one knee and I said “OH MY GOSH, YES!!” We are so excited to celebrate with all our loved ones as we begin this next chapter! See you at the ranch!
