We have two hotel options for our guests. Check in at both hotels is at 4pm. If you are planning on staying for Saturday night only, please plan accordingly. Early check in can be requested, but it is not guaranteed. Shuttle information from the hotels can be found below. Both hotels are pet friendly for a small additional cost per night.

Airports

The closest major airport to our venue is T.F. Green which services Providence, RI and is a 20 minute ride to the hotels. It is an easy airport for travel but does not offer as many direct flights as Boston. You may also want to explore Boston Logan. Please note, Boston Logan is about 1 hour (without accounting for Boston traffic) of travel time to Providence.

Shuttle to the Ceremony

A shuttle will be running to and from the two hotels for the wedding and reception. Schedule: Depart the Graduate Hotel at 4:05pm Depart the Hampton Inn and Suites at 4:15pm After the reception; depart back to hotels 10:30pm

Graduate Providence

Please join us in staying at the famous Biltmore Hotel. The Graduate Providence is an upscale hotel that opened in 1922 as the icon of Providence, the Biltmore Hotel. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1977 and is a member of Historic Hotels of America, the official program of the National Trust for Historic Preservation. A special rate is contracted for Friday and Saturday night, if you'd like to stay before or after those days you will have to pay the regular hotel rate using a separate reservation. After selecting the appropriate dates, click on special rates and enter CMW into the group code.

For a more affordable option, we also have a special rate at the Hampton Inn and Suites which is a 5 minute walk to the Graduate. The rate is contracted for Friday and Saturday night, if you'd like to stay before or after those days you will have to pay the regular hotel rate using a separate reservation.
