I choose you, Forever!

We met in a professional/work setting in Jan 2019, when Jana started working for Gartner and Matt was one of her new Air Force clients. Both of us felt something “electric” that was undeniable, but it was not the right time in our lives, so things remained professional, and we rarely interacted. However, we never could have imagined the plan that God had already set in motion for our lives and how we were destined to cross paths again. Fast forward a few years, and Matt reached out to Jana to, you know, “see how she was doing” (😉). Clearly the timing was finally right, so we started chatting, then meeting in person (Yep! Electricity still on!), then planning trips to see each other, then suffering through being apart, and then falling madly in love…..you get the idea. Matt proposed to Jana the morning of May 26th at Sapphire Point overlook in Dillon, CO, which is close to Jana’s townhome in Silverthorne. Jana had absolutely no idea it was coming or that Matt had been plotting with Jessica (matron of honor/best friend) for quite some time and even arranged a clandestine photographer to document the occasion. The picture of Matt on one knee is not staged, that is the actual moment he proposed! BTW….for those of you that don’t know Jana well, she is an extraordinarily gifted planner and has this spooky intuition thing going on too, so genuinely surprising her is borderline impossible. Let’s just say that she was actively attempting to plan over the top of Matt’s plans all the way up until the night before the big day...LOL. Everyone knew but her, for once, so Matt and Jessica pulled it off.
